Santa Monica Sunrooms & Patios provides sunroom installation, patio enclosure, and related home improvement services in Santa Monica, CA and surrounding communities. The specific scope of work, materials, and pricing for any project are determined through a free on-site estimate and formalized in a written contract before work begins.
All estimates provided by Santa Monica Sunrooms & Patios - whether by phone, email, or in-person consultation - are non-binding until a written contract is signed by both parties. An estimate is a good-faith projection based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes, unforeseen conditions are discovered, or material costs change between the estimate date and project start date.
We will notify you of any material changes to the estimated cost before proceeding with work that would result in additional charges.
Project scheduling is confirmed in writing or by phone. If you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment or project start date, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, material availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will provide reasonable advance notice in such cases.
Payment terms are specified in the written project contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Accepted payment methods will be specified in your contract.
Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late payment charges as specified in the project contract.Santa Monica Sunrooms & Patios reserves the right to suspend or cease work on any project with outstanding balances past due.
Santa Monica Sunrooms & Patios warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. The specific warranty period and coverage for any project are detailed in the written project contract.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the applicable manufacturer terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Santa Monica Sunrooms & Patios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or from the performance of services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for those services.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use this site to transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its related systems.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of California.
Santa Monica Sunrooms & Patios reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, and the effective date at the top of the page will be updated. Your continued use of this website or our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
