Santa Monica Sunrooms & Patios was founded in 2015 right here in Santa Monica, California. What started as a small crew focused on sunroom additions has grown into a full-service sunroom and patio enclosure company serving homeowners across the west side of Los Angeles.
Santa Monica has some of the most interesting housing stock in Southern California - bungalows from the 1920s and 1930s, stucco homes close to the beach, and newer construction tucked in between. Every home is a little different, and we have learned to work with all of it. We know how salt air from the ocean affects materials. We understand what older foundations can handle. And we know how to work efficiently on small lots without making a mess of the neighborhood.
Today we offer 16 sunroom and patio services across 12 communities from Malibu to El Segundo. Every estimate is free, every project gets a dedicated crew, and every job is backed by our workmanship guarantee. We are not a franchise. We are a local business, and we plan to keep it that way.
